Visitor Information

Norfolk has many attractions for visitors throughout the year. Birdwatching, fishing, walking and sailing, as well as numerous beaches. For walkers, a 3½ mile long walk starts outside the cottage and meanders upwards out of the village to Salthouse Heath, from which there are extensive views over the coastline.

NWT Salthouse Marshes is one of a string of important birding sites along the North Norfolk coast. 66 ha. of coastal grazing marsh and saline lagoons. Nature trails, footpath bridleways and byways.
